Hush Private Travel is the trading name of Villa Hush Limited, a luxury travel consultancy registered in England & Wales (Company No. 11045428). We are a member of ABTA (No. Y6870/P8822).

We provide bespoke travel planning and consultancy services. We act as an agent on your behalf, introducing you to and making arrangements with travel suppliers including hotels, villa companies, and ground operators.

Important: We do not act as a principal in the sale of travel services. All contracts for accommodation and travel services are between you and the relevant supplier. Payments are made directly to suppliers.

3.1 When we make a booking on your behalf, the contract for travel services is between you and the supplier. Their terms and conditions will apply.

3.2 You are responsible for ensuring all travel details (names, dates, requirements) are correct at the time of booking.

3.3 You are responsible for ensuring all members of your party hold valid travel documents including passports, visas, and any required health documentation.

4.1 We may charge a consultancy or service fee for our planning services. Any such fee will be agreed with you in advance.

4.2 All supplier payments are made directly to the supplier. We do not hold client funds.

5.1 Any changes or cancellations to bookings are subject to the supplier's terms and conditions. Cancellation charges may apply.

5.2 We strongly recommend you purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to cover cancellation, medical expenses, and other eventualities.

We strongly recommend that all clients arrange comprehensive travel insurance prior to travel. We are not responsible for any losses arising from failure to obtain adequate insurance.

7.1 As an agent, our liability to you is limited to the service we provide as a travel consultant. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of travel suppliers.

7.2 We accept responsibility for our own negligence but not for circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to: natural disasters, civil unrest, pandemic, or supplier insolvency.

7.3 Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

We are a member of ABTA (No. Y6870/P8822). ABTA membership provides you with financial protection and access to ABTA's dispute resolution scheme. For more information visit abta.com.

If you have a complaint about our services, please contact us in the first instance at beth@hushprivatetravel.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to resolve it within 28 days.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may refer it to ABTA's dispute resolution scheme at abta.com.

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The current version will always be available on our website.
